Model apartment

At the moment there is a bright 2-room model apartment available for viewing. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is equipped with a loggia. It is ideal for singles or couples.

This beautiful apartment with its well thought-out floor plan gives you access to a bathroom, as well as a guest bathroom and a basement compartment.

You are welcome to visit us in the show apartment by prior appointment! We look forward to seeing you!

Please note that the Quirin is a new-build project that is still in the construction completion phase and therefore construction site conditions still prevail with corresponding risks.

For safety reasons, we are therefore unable to show you every apartment you wish to view at the moment. Our model apartment will give you a good impression of the spatial conditions and the furnishing features on which all apartments are based.
