You can choose from a total of 58 rental apartments: from spacious 1-room apartments with approx. 36 m² to family-friendly 5-room gallery/maisonette apartments with approx. 125 m².

Net cold rents (not including advanced payments for heating and operating costs) start at around € 22,00 /m². Therefore rents can range from € 1,110 (1-room, ground floor) to € 3,346 (5-room, 3rd and 4th floor), depending on the size of the apartment and it’s location within the residential project.

The architecture and furnishings are exceptional. And the location is one of the best in Munich: Between Südpark and the Isar with a direct connection to the city center.
